							Most of us who have moved off from villages in search of better career and greater achievements  have always felt that we could have done better in our career, had we got better guidance in the early stages of academics/profession. The surprising fact which is still persistent even today is the same concern i.e. lack of better guidance and support to our students and youth in villages.

							We all knew for the fact that many of our students and youth in villages  have immense potential. Having said that, there are still lot of opportunity which our students and youth is missing to crack, just due to lack of proper guidance in academics, employment and entrepreneurship areas in the early stages.

							In this competitive world, financial assistance to someone who is in need can only help her/him for the time being but professional guidance can help to navigate in individual advancement either academically or professionally. This would definitely improves the success rate immensely in our rural India.

							To address this, we have to adopt new ways of connecting and nurturing our rural india. 									గ్రామీణ ప్రాంతాల నుండి వచ్చిన దాదాపు అందరి మనసును తొలిచే ఒక భావన…  విద్యార్ధి దశలో  కొంచెం గైడెన్స్ దొరికి ఉంటె, జీవితంలో మరింత  ఉన్నత  స్థానాలను చేరుకునే వాళ్ళం అని. అయితే  ఆశ్చర్యకరమైన  విషయం ఏంటంటే, మనం ఎదుర్కొన్న ఇబ్బందులు  & అవరోధాలు ఇప్పటికీ  మన గ్రామ విద్యార్థులు మరియు  యువత  ఎదుర్కొంటూనే ఉన్నారు.
